GL DAtabase Suite

The GL Database Suite is a personnel and attendance system based on the Google Apps framework created by Julian Taylor. This is for use in the Great Lakes churches to maintain a system of attendance for regular meetings and to facilitate communication and record keeping within each local church. In addition to employing Google Spreadsheets for record keeping and database management, a companion Add-On has also been developed. This Add-On adds a number of functions and features:

• Simple and informative method of updating the regional information for each attendee
• A powerful emailing function to email attendees right from the Spreadsheet
• A tool to create, modify, and delete Service Groups or custom Email Lists
• Additional tools to import and record Interests, Prayer Requests, email correspondence, and more.
