Sup Homiez. A. W. Checkin in. T_T just kidding
~ So last week at GO, I didn't get anything that blew my socks off, no conversations where people prayed for salvation, or people who were even interested in the lord, who weren't already. But I had a lot of conversations with people. I met strong Buddhists, Mormons, Jehovah Witnesses, Jews, Mixed religious people, people who lived there lives without a single regret, people who didn't care, people who were strong with the lord, people who were once with the lord and were falling off, through my prayers with those who let me, and the rejects and fierce battles (Okay... I'm just being dramatic. I didn't get into any fierce battles, but the strong statement of opinions,) I really learned where I stood. Through many very convincing "seemingly" true arguments I found and increased my relationship with Jesus (of course... Peter McNaughtonhelped me fight those battles in my head as well) I also learned to appreciate that the Lord is doing work. and I (or we) may never see what our small contribution in saving that person, but I believe that the Lord put me through what I went through and I believe that I made a difference whether it showed or not... (I also found that although people didn't pray, when I prayed with them, their whole being was lifted.) Now... if the Gospel didn't reach them... I can't believe that they wouldn't remember such a silly "forsaken by pastor" child who agree with them and slipped some facts in... ;P

Recently, I actually had the opportunity to talk to a few of my friends about the gospel, and I just wanted to say how much more equipped I became through this Gospel Odyessy. I was so happy to talk to them, and I just can't say enough good things about this event.
