Thank you Lord for Wendy!!!!!

On 8/8/12 Wendy Smith was saved and baptized through Jesus Christ and now is in the Kingdom of God!! Wendy had a lot of hard things in her past, she is alcoholic anonymous and has been cleaned for 8 weeks. Our first day, Timothy Miller Tim Watkins and myself were strolling along preaching the Gospel. Eventually, we saw Wendy and her daughter walking toward us and Tim M. says lets talk to these 2 (My good dude Tim M. does a lot of the talking in this conversation) He asks Wendy if she has a moment, she says a few minutes but she was in a hurry. So we talked with Wendy for just a bit, and then she needed to go. But, as she was about to walk away she gives us her number and says call me tonight at 6 and we can schedule a time to meet, i'm interested what you have to say. We ended up meeting with her on Wednesday at her apartment with her daughter and her friend John. John is a saved and baptized brother, he was a huge encouragement for Wendy. So we talked and prayed in her kitchen for awhile. Eventually, Wendy became saved and wanted to be baptized. Friday morning Wendy was baptized and cleansed through the blood of Jesus Christ! Praise the Lord for a new sister in God's Kingdom!!
